This document is the official proposal (public offer) of the Individual Entrepreneur Besman Evgeny Aleksandrovich (the \u201cSeller\u201d) to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods by distance selling on the terms set out below with any individual (the \u201cBuyer\u201d).<\/p>\n

Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms by the Buyer.<\/p>\n 2.1. The procedure for returns and exchanges is provided on the \u201cReturns and Exchanges\u201d<\/a> page and is governed by the Law of the Russian Federation \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights\u201d.<\/p>\n 6.1.
