If, at the time of delivery, written information about the return procedure and timeframes was not provided, this period is 3 months. A return is possible if the presentation, consumer properties and the document confirming the purchase are preserved.<\/p>\n<h3>Made-to-order goods<\/h3>\n<p>Goods of proper quality with individually defined properties (made to individual order) are not subject to return or exchange if they can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing them.<\/p>\n<h3>Return of goods of improper quality<\/h3>\n<p>If defects are found, the Buyer may, at their choice, demand replacement, a proportional reduction in price, free elimination of defects, or a refund of the amount paid within the timeframes established by law.<\/p>\n<h3>Return procedure<\/h3>\n<p>To arrange a return, contact the Seller using the details provided on the <a href=\"\/en\/requisites\/\">\u201cRequisites\u201d<\/a> page.
