Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Individual Entrepreneur Besman Evgeny Aleksandrovich (the “Operator”), who owns the website https://gear.neuropunk.ru (the “Website”), to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. List of personal data

  • surname, first name, patronymic;
  • mobile and/or landline phone number;
  • email address;
  • delivery address;
  • information about orders and purchase history;
  • technical (user) data: IP address, cookies, device and browser data, data about actions on the Website collected by web analytics systems.

2. Purposes of processing

  • registration and maintenance of an account on the Website;
  • placement, payment and fulfillment of orders, conclusion and performance of the sales contract;
  • feedback and notifications about order status;
  • sending news and advertising mailings (only with separate consent);
  • improving the Website and analyzing its traffic using web analytics systems.

3. List of actions with personal data

Consent is given for the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer to third parties

I agree that, for the stated purposes, personal data may be transferred to third parties engaged by the Operator: delivery services, payment services (YooMoney LLC / YooKassa, Sberbank PJSC, T-Bank JSC), as well as providers of web analytics and spam-protection services. 5. Validity and withdrawal of consent

The consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw consent by sending a written application to the Operator at the email address specified in the “Requisites” section. Processing stops within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, except where further processing is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
