Public Offer for the Sale of Goods by Distance Selling
This document is the official proposal (public offer) of the Individual Entrepreneur Besman Evgeny Aleksandrovich (the “Seller”) to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods by distance selling on the terms set out below with any individual (the “Buyer”).
1. General provisions
1.1. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer is a public offer.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the Buyer placing an order on the website https://gear.neuropunk.ru and paying for it. Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms by the Buyer.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller transfers ownership of the goods presented on the Website to the Buyer, and the Buyer accepts and pays for them.
2.2. The description, characteristics and price of the goods are specified on the relevant Website page.
3. Price and payment procedure
3.1. The price of the goods is stated on the Website in Russian rubles. Payment terms are provided on the “Payment” page.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery terms and timeframes are provided on the “Delivery” page.
5. Returns and exchanges
5.1. The procedure for returns and exchanges is provided on the “Returns and Exchanges” page and is governed by the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
6. Personal data
6.1. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
