Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of goods purchased on the website https://gear.neuropunk.ru are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Return of goods of proper quality

In distance selling, the Buyer may refuse the goods at any time before delivery and within 7 days after receipt. If, at the time of delivery, written information about the return procedure and timeframes was not provided, this period is 3 months. A return is possible if the presentation, consumer properties and the document confirming the purchase are preserved.

Made-to-order goods

Goods of proper quality with individually defined properties (made to individual order) are not subject to return or exchange if they can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing them.

Return of goods of improper quality

If defects are found, the Buyer may, at their choice, demand replacement, a proportional reduction in price, free elimination of defects, or a refund of the amount paid within the timeframes established by law.

Return procedure

To arrange a return, contact the Seller using the details provided on the “Requisites” page. Funds are refunded using the same method as the payment within 10 days of receipt of the request.
