Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website https://gear.neuropunk.ru (the “Website”) and is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. Operator

The personal data operator is the Individual Entrepreneur Besman Evgeny Aleksandrovich (the “Operator”). Contact details and requisites are provided on the “Requisites” page.

2. Categories of data subjects and personal data

The Operator processes data of Website visitors and customers:

  • surname, first name, patronymic;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • delivery address;
  • order information;
  • technical (user) data: IP address, cookies, device and browser information, data about actions on the Website.

3. Purposes of processing

  • registration and maintenance of a user account;
  • conclusion and performance of the sales contract, placement, payment and delivery of orders;
  • communication with the user;
  • sending advertising and news mailings subject to separate consent;
  • traffic analysis and improvement of the Website.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the grounds set out in Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ: the consent of the data subject, as well as for the performance of a contract to which the subject is a party.

5. Procedure and conditions of processing

Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools and includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

6. Transfer to third parties and engaged processors

To achieve the stated purposes, the Operator engages the following parties to whom personal data may be transferred:

  • Payment services: YooMoney LLC (YooKassa), Sberbank PJSC, T-Bank JSC — payment processing. Data is transferred within the Russian Federation.
  • Delivery services — for order delivery (full name, phone, address).
  • Yandex.Metrica (counter 98324183), YANDEX LLC, Russia — web analytics.
  • Top.Mail.Ru (counter 3555332), VK LLC, Russia — web analytics.
  • Yandex SmartCaptcha, YANDEX LLC (Yandex Cloud), Russia — protection of forms against automated submissions (spam).

7. Cross-border transfer

No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out. All engaged processors (payment services, web analytics, the form-protection service) are located within the Russian Federation; fonts and other static resources are hosted on the Operator’s servers.

8. Cookies and web analytics

The Website uses cookies and web analytics systems. Analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Top.Mail.Ru) are loaded only after the user’s consent. See the Cookie Policy for details.

9. Processing and storage periods

Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn. Order data is stored for the period established by law for accounting and tax records.

10. Rights of the data subject

The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, to demand its clarification, blocking or destruction, and to withdraw consent by contacting the Operator using the details provided in the “Requisites” section.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page.
